1. 服務內容與資格 / Service and Eligibility

本服務提供地圖瀏覽、章點搜尋與建立、蓋章紀錄、圖片上傳、收藏、追蹤、分享及其他社群功能。部分功能可能需要登入、邀請碼、位置或相簿權限。

The Service provides map browsing, stamp-location discovery and creation, stamp records, image uploads, favorites, follows, sharing, and other community features. Certain features may require sign-in, an invitation code, location access, or photo-library access.

本服務可能依登入、投稿、回報、按讚、追蹤等活動提供積分、等級或排名。這些項目僅為服務內互動機制，沒有現金價值、不得轉讓或兌換，我們得基於公平性、防止濫用或功能調整而更正、變更或取消。

The Service may provide points, levels, or rankings based on activities such as sign-ins, submissions, reports, likes, and follows. These are in-service engagement features only, have no cash value, may not be transferred or redeemed, and may be corrected, changed, or discontinued for fairness, abuse prevention, or feature updates.

你必須具備依適用法律同意本條款的能力。未成年人應先取得法定代理人同意。若你代表組織使用本服務，你聲明有權使該組織受本條款拘束。

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.

2. 帳號與安全 / Accounts and Security

本服務可使用 Google 帳號及 Firebase Authentication 驗證身分。你應提供正確資料、維護帳號安全，並對帳號下的活動負責。若發現未授權使用，請儘速透過 Stamp GO 官方管道通知我們。

The Service may use Google accounts and Firebase Authentication. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and are responsible for activity under it. Notify us through an official Stamp GO channel if you suspect unauthorized use.

我們得基於安全、違規處理、功能測試或社群品質，限制帳號註冊、要求邀請碼或審核帳號。

We may limit registration, require invitation codes, or review accounts for security, enforcement, testing, or community-quality purposes.

3. 使用者內容 / User Content

你保有你提交之文字、照片、章點資訊、留言、個人檔案與其他內容（「使用者內容」）的權利，並保證你有權提交及分享該內容。

You retain your rights in text, photos, place information, comments, profile information, and other materials you submit (“User Content”), and you represent that you have the right to submit and share it.

為營運、展示、分享、備份、改善及推廣本服務，你授予我們全球性、非專屬、免權利金、可再授權的權利，以儲存、重製、處理、調整格式、傳輸及公開顯示使用者內容；此授權僅在提供及改善本服務所需範圍內有效。你可透過可用功能刪除內容；備份或依法留存的副本可能在合理期間內保留。

To operate, display, share, back up, improve, and promote the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, process, reformat, transmit, and publicly display User Content, solely as needed to provide and improve the Service. You may delete content through available features; backup or legally retained copies may remain for a reasonable period.

設為公開的個人檔案、章點或蓋章內容，可能被其他使用者或未登入的網路訪客查看及分享。請勿上傳不希望公開的個人或敏感資訊。

Profiles, stamp locations, or stamp records marked public may be viewed and shared by other users or unauthenticated web visitors. Do not upload personal or sensitive information you do not want made public.

4. 禁止行為 / Prohibited Conduct

使用本服務時，你不得：

• 違反法律、侵害智慧財產權、隱私權、肖像權或其他權利；
• 提交虛假、誤導、騷擾、仇恨、暴力、色情、危險或惡意內容；
• 冒用他人身分、干擾服務、散布惡意程式、規避存取限制或未經授權存取資料；
• 以自動化方式大量擷取、複製或利用本服務，或從事垃圾訊息及操縱互動行為；
• 利用位置、地圖或使用者內容跟蹤、傷害他人，或進入禁止、危險或私人區域。

• Violate law or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• Submit false, misleading, harassing, hateful, violent, sexual, dangerous, or malicious content;
• Impersonate others, disrupt the Service, distribute malware, bypass access controls, or access data without authorization;
• Scrape, copy, or exploit the Service at scale through automation, or engage in spam or interaction manipulation; or
• Use location, map, or user content to stalk or harm others, or enter restricted, dangerous, or private property.

5. 地圖、地點與安全 / Maps, Places, and Safety

章點、地址、座標、營業時間、活動與其他地點資料可能由使用者或第三方提供，未必完整、正確或即時。本服務不是導航、安全、緊急救援或官方資訊服務。前往任何地點前，請自行確認資訊、遵守現場規定並評估人身及交通安全。

Stamp locations, addresses, coordinates, opening hours, events, and other place data may be provided by users or third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. The Service is not a navigation, safety, emergency, or official-information service. Verify information, follow on-site rules, and assess personal and traffic safety before visiting any location.

6. 第三方服務與連結 / Third-Party Services and Links

本服務可能整合 Firebase、Google Sign-In、Google Maps、OpenStreetMap/Nominatim、作業系統分享功能及外部網站。第三方服務受其各自條款與隱私政策規範，我們不控制其內容、可用性或資料處理方式。

The Service may integrate Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, operating-system sharing features, and external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control their content, availability, or data practices.

7. 智慧財產權 / Intellectual Property

除使用者內容及第三方素材外，本服務的軟體、介面、品牌、設計及相關內容均受智慧財產權法律保護。除法律允許或我們書面同意外，不得複製、修改、散布、出售、出租、反向工程或建立衍生作品。

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service’s software, interface, branding, design, and related content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.

8. 內容處理、停權與終止 / Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

我們得調查回報，並在合理認為內容或行為違反本條款、法律、他人權利或可能造成風險時，拒絕、限制、下架內容，或暫停、終止帳號及服務存取。我們也可能依法保存或揭露必要資料。

We may investigate reports and reject, restrict, or remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts and access, where we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms, law, others’ rights, or creates risk. We may also preserve or disclose necessary information as required by law.

9. 服務變更與免責 / Service Changes and Disclaimers

本服務依「現況」及「可用」狀態提供。我們可能隨時修改、暫停或停止全部或部分功能，且不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤、安全，或內容一定正確。於法律允許的最大範圍內，我們排除明示或默示擔保。

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties.

10. 責任限制 / Limitation of Liability

於法律允許的最大範圍內，Stamp GO 團隊不對因使用或無法使用本服務、使用者內容、第三方服務、地點資訊或實地活動所生的間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害負責。本條不排除依適用法律不得排除或限制的責任及消費者權利。

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Stamp GO team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, User Content, third-party services, place information, or real-world activities. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. 條款變更與準據法 / Changes and Governing Law

我們可能更新本條款，並於本頁標示更新日期；重大變更將以合理方式通知。你在生效後繼續使用本服務，即表示接受更新內容。本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法；法令另有強制規定者，從其規定。中英文版本如有歧異，以繁體中文版本為準，但適用法律另有規定者除外。

We may update these Terms and will identify the revision date on this page; material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), subject to any mandatory protections under applicable law. If the Chinese and English versions conflict, the Traditional Chinese version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.

1. 我們蒐集的資料 / Information We Collect

帳號與個人檔案 / Account and profile

當你使用 Google 登入時，我們可能取得 Google/Firebase 提供的使用者識別碼、姓名或顯示名稱、Email 及頭像。你也可以提供帳號名稱、暱稱、自我介紹、個人連結與自訂頭像。我們另可能記錄註冊、最後登入時間、邀請碼驗證及帳號權限狀態。

When you sign in with Google, we may receive a user identifier, name or display name, email address, and profile photo from Google/Firebase. You may also provide an account name, nickname, bio, personal link, and custom avatar. We may record registration and last-login times, invitation-code verification, and account status or roles.

你建立與互動的內容 / Content and interactions

我們處理你提交的章點名稱、類型、地址、座標、說明、營業或活動資訊、電話、連結、圖片；以及蓋章日期、結果、心得、照片、公開狀態、收藏清單與私人備註、按讚、追蹤關係、分享及問題回報內容。登入、投稿、回報、按讚與追蹤等活動亦可能用於計算積分、等級及排名。相關資料可能包含建立與更新時間及你的使用者識別碼。

We process stamp-location names, types, addresses, coordinates, descriptions, opening or event information, phone numbers, links, and images you submit, as well as stamp dates, results, comments, photos, visibility settings, favorite lists and private notes, likes, follow relationships, shares, and report details. Activities such as sign-ins, submissions, reports, likes, and follows may also be used to calculate points, levels, and rankings. Associated records may include creation/update times and your user identifier.

位置資訊 / Location information

經你授權後，本服務可能存取裝置的精確或概略位置，用於顯示你在地圖上的位置、尋找附近章點、設定地圖範圍及協助建立含座標的章點。你可在裝置設定中撤回權限，但部分地圖功能可能無法正常使用。當你建立或公開章點時，所選座標及地址會儲存並可能公開；裝置即時位置本身不會因單純瀏覽地圖而成為公開內容。

With permission, the Service may access precise or approximate device location to show your map position, find nearby stamp locations, set the map region, and help create places with coordinates. You may revoke permission in device settings, but some map features may not work. Coordinates and addresses selected when creating or publishing a place are stored and may become public; merely browsing the map does not itself make your live device location public.

照片與裝置資料 / Photos and device data

經你選擇及授權後，本服務會讀取你指定的相簿圖片，以裁剪及上傳頭像、章點或蓋章照片。我們不會因授權相簿權限而自動上傳整個相簿。本服務也可能在裝置上儲存登入識別碼、偏好與快取，並取得 App 版本等基本應用資訊，以維持功能運作。

When you choose and authorize access, the Service reads selected photos to crop and upload avatars, stamp-location images, or stamp-record images. Granting photo access does not cause your entire library to be uploaded automatically. The Service may also store sign-in identifiers, preferences, and caches locally and obtain basic app information such as version to operate features.

技術與服務紀錄 / Technical and service records

我們及基礎服務供應商可能處理 IP 位址、裝置與作業系統資訊、驗證紀錄、錯誤、請求時間及安全紀錄，以傳輸資料、維護可靠性、防止濫用及排除問題。

We and our infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, device and operating-system information, authentication records, errors, request times, and security logs to transmit data, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

2. 使用目的與法律依據 / Purposes and Legal Bases

我們基於履行與你的服務約定、你的同意、我們維護安全及改善服務的正當利益，或遵守法律義務，將資料用於：

• 建立及驗證帳號、提供邀請碼與登入功能；
• 顯示地圖、附近章點、個人檔案及蓋章紀錄；
• 儲存、同步、公開及分享你選擇提供的內容；
• 提供收藏、按讚、追蹤、回報、管理與內容審核功能；
• 維護安全、防止詐欺濫用、偵錯、備份及改善服務；
• 履行法律要求、處理爭議及保護使用者或他人權利。

We process data to perform our agreement with you, based on your consent, for legitimate interests in security and service improvement, or to comply with law. Purposes include account authentication, map and nearby-place features, profiles and stamp records, storage and sharing of selected content, favorites/likes/follows/reports/moderation, security and fraud prevention, debugging and backups, service improvement, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and protection of rights.

3. 公開資訊與資料分享 / Public Information and Sharing

依你的設定及功能設計，暱稱、帳號名稱、頭像、自我介紹、連結、追蹤關係、公開章點、公開蓋章紀錄、照片與互動資訊，可能供其他使用者或網路訪客查看。分享連結可能顯示公開內容預覽。

Depending on your settings and feature design, nicknames, account names, avatars, bios, links, follow relationships, public stamp locations, public stamp records, photos, and interaction information may be visible to other users or web visitors. Shared links may display previews of public content.

標示為私人的蓋章紀錄、收藏清單及私人備註，預期僅供你的帳號使用，不會作為公開個人檔案或分享連結內容；但依法令、安全維護或受委託提供基礎服務的供應商仍可能在必要範圍內處理。

Stamp records, favorite lists, and notes marked private are intended for your account only and are not displayed as public profile or shared-link content, although they may still be processed where necessary for legal compliance, security, or infrastructure services.

我們不出售你的個人資料。我們可能在下列情況分享或委託處理必要資料：

• Google Firebase：身分驗證、Realtime Database、檔案儲存及 Hosting；
• Google Sign-In 與 Google Maps：登入、地圖顯示及地圖相關功能；
• OpenStreetMap/Nominatim：地名搜尋、地址與座標查詢；查詢內容或座標會傳送至該服務；
• 你主動選擇的分享或外部服務：例如系統分享面板、外部網站或連結；
• 法律與安全：依法令、法院或主管機關要求，或為防止傷害、詐欺、濫用並保護權利；
• 組織變更：合併、收購、重組或資產移轉時，在符合法律及適當保護措施下移轉。

We do not sell personal information. Necessary data may be processed by Google Firebase (authentication, Realtime Database, storage, and hosting), Google Sign-In and Google Maps, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (place searches, addresses, and coordinates), sharing or external services you select, legal or safety recipients, and parties involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer subject to law and appropriate safeguards.

4. 保存期間 / Retention

我們在提供服務、維持帳號及達成本政策目的所需期間保存資料。你刪除內容或停止使用後，資料可能仍因備份週期、安全、防詐、爭議處理或法律義務而保留合理期間，之後刪除或去識別化。公開內容被他人另行分享或保存時，我們可能無法控制其副本。

We retain data while needed to provide the Service, maintain accounts, and fulfill the purposes in this Policy. After deletion or discontinuation, data may remain for a reasonable period in backups or for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We may not control copies of public content saved or reshared by others.

5. 你的選擇與權利 / Your Choices and Rights

依適用法律，你可以要求查詢或存取、取得副本、更正、停止蒐集或使用、限制處理、反對、撤回同意，或刪除你的個人資料及帳號。你也可在 App 內調整可用的公開設定、刪除內容，或至裝置設定撤回位置及相簿權限。

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, cessation of collection or use, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of personal data and your account. You may also change available visibility settings, delete content in the app, or revoke location and photo permissions in device settings.

如 App 內尚未提供特定操作，請透過 Stamp GO 官方管道提出請求。我們可能需要驗證身分，並可能在法律允許範圍內保留必要資料或拒絕不合理、重複或侵害他人權利的請求。

If a specific control is not available in the app, submit a request through an official Stamp GO channel. We may verify identity and may retain required data or decline unreasonable, repetitive, or rights-infringing requests as permitted by law.

6. 資料安全與跨境處理 / Security and International Processing

我們採取合理的技術及組織措施保護資料，但任何網路傳輸或儲存方式均無法保證絕對安全。Firebase、Google 及其他供應商可能在你所在國家以外處理資料；我們將依適用法律採取必要保護措施。

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Firebase, Google, and other providers may process data outside your country; required safeguards will be used under applicable law.

7. 兒童隱私 / Children’s Privacy

本服務並非以未達其所在地可自行同意資料處理年齡的兒童為主要對象。兒童應由法定代理人同意及指導使用。若你認為我們在未取得適當同意下蒐集了兒童資料，請聯絡我們處理。

The Service is not directed primarily to children below the age at which they may independently consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. Children should use it with consent and guidance from a legal guardian. Contact us if you believe we collected a child’s data without appropriate consent.

8. 政策變更 / Changes to This Policy

我們可能因功能、服務供應商或法令變更而更新本政策，並更新頁首日期。若變更重大，我們會透過 App 或其他合理方式通知。

We may update this Policy as features, providers, or laws change and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or other reasonable means.
